The conforming Colorado Mortgage rates and APR's shown above are based on a $200,000 loan amount at 80% loan to value, for rate & term refinances and purchases. Jumbo rates and APR's are based on a $650,000 loan amount at 75% loan to value for rate & term refinances and purchases. For both conforming and jumbo loans, it is assumed you will escrow your taxes and insurance. If you choose not to escrow, you may be subject to higher rates. Other loan amounts and/or loan to values may have different rates and APR's. Mortgages in states other than Colorado may differ as well.
