What happens if my loan gets sold or my lender goes out of business?
The terms of your Colorado Mortgage will never change (your rate may vary according to the terms defined within your note, but the actual terms of your note never change).
If your Colorado Mortgage is ever transferred to a new servicing lender, you must be notified in writing from your current lender. Never send a mortgage payment to a new source without first contacting your current Colorado Mortgage lender.
If you originated your Denver Colorado mortgage with us, and you are in doubt about whom to send your payment to, please don't hesitate to call us. We maintain ongoing relationships with our mortgage lenders, and we will help you verify who is currently servicing your mortgage.
